I just came across this recipe via Cupcakes and Cashmere.
I’m really excited about it for precisely five reasons:
- If I’m a crack whore, pumpkin-flavored anything is my crack.*
- I’m also fighting an equally crippling addiction to bread pudding.
- Bourbon is an optional ingredient (I opt for yes!)
- It includes a shortcut for lazy people (thank you!)
- The recipe only involves two steps, so I’m pretty sure I can make it. All by myself!
